ABOUT THE OWNER
QUINN R.P. MONTEITH
Born and raised locally in Neebing Township I developed a passion for antiques and furniture design at the early age of 9 while checking out all the local antique stores on weekly outings with my mom.
I quickly learned to appreciate the attention to detail and the different nuances of various designers and furniture makers. I have worked for, and with, local antique dealers over the years developing my knowledge in a wide variety of styles.

I am a schooled welder, self-taught carver, artist, knowledgeable antique enthusiast and restorer. My skillsets for upholstery ranges from recovering/restoring your favourite heirloom or modern furniture to recovering your daily driver or classic cars interior, ATV/motorcycle/snowmachine seats, patio furniture and covers.

With my local community, homeowners, designers and businesses I look forward to using my passion for quality and design excellence, to bring your ideas, custom pieces or antiques to reality.

Due to Ontario's protocols and safety measures, we are asking all customers to call ahead for both curbside pickup and dropoffs.
If you require an in-person quote on jobs that can not be brought to the shop there will be a non-refundable $75 upfront fee. The fee will be put towards your final bill if you decide to move forward with the job.
In-home consultations (ie. fabric selection, general project information, etc.) $150 + HST for up to a maximum of 2hrs.

FREE IN-SHOP QUOTES

For Pickup and Delivery of furniture, you may call the shop to schedule a time for the moving company of your choice to drop off or pick up furniture. Or call the shop for a quote on pick up and delivery pricing by the shop.

Monteith Upholstery is announcing that as of February 13th, 2024, there will be a $35 charge for all appointments that are no-call no-shows if you choose to reschedule without informing the shop. You can do so via text, voice mail or E-mail.

If something comes up we completely understand and we will be happy to reschedule you. To reschedule we ask that you give us a minimum notice of 8 business hours (24 hrs notice preferable)
